Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is up to 7 business days for both domestic (Israel) and international orders.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by customs or local postal services, which are beyond our control. Any local customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations & Returns
We act in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product or the disclosure document, whichever is later.

Cancellation Fees: In accordance with the law, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS (the lower of the two) will be deducted from the refund.

Return Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged Items: If a product is returned damaged, used, or altered in any way, a refund will not be approved, and the item may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment, minus the legal cancellation fee.

All prices are displayed on the website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments are processed securely via PayPlus.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products sold on this website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Israel.
