Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (Israel): Up to 7 business days.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days.
Please note: While DHL is highly reliable, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance or local regulations in the destination country.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number. You can track your package directly on the DHL website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Inbar Avneri is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at inbaravneri1@gmail.com with photos of the package and the item so we can assist you with a claim.
