Cancellation Rights
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product or the disclosure document, whichever is later.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at inbaravneri1@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Returned with all tags and accessories.

Important: If an item is returned damaged, altered, or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct the decrease in value from the refund amount.
Cancellation Fees
As permitted by law, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS (the lower of the two) will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, except in cases where the product arrived damaged or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like DHL for international returns).
Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (via PayPlus) within a few business days.
